PhD/PsyD high masters GPA, but low undergrad GPA?

I'll make this quick. Has anyone been accepted into a Psy. D program with a high masters GPA, but low undergraduate GPA?

How high and low are we talkin?
 
It depends on how low your undergrad GPA is. Many MA programs have grade inflation and doctorate programs are aware of that. How are your GRE scores?
 
2.9 undergrad, 3.8 graduate, 310gre
Alot of research and clinical experience
