Many people talk about having a low UGPA and a high grad GPA. I have kinda the opposite.

For undergrad: sGPA: 3.93 cGPA: 3.95
For graduate: sGPA/cGPA: 3.10

How would this look to the admissions committee? I mean during graduate school I was also working, and taking care of my sick grandmother. Should I explain this to them?

I hear a lot of people say admissions favors undergrad gpa more than grad gpa, but going from a 3.95 to a 3.1 is pretty drastic. Any thoughts?
