Honestly.. With a 3.4 overall, 3.23 science gpa, + Academic dismissal, DO I have a shot at Dental?

Based on the very limited information given here, you still have a shot. The academic dismissal isn't the worst thing in the world if you were able to later display your academic dedication with higher grades. A strong DAT can possibly help offset concerns of academic ability so aim to do well there.

I would make sure to explain it in your personal statement
 
You seem to have a history of indecisiveness when it comes to your career. I would say, if dentistry is really your final destination and true goal in life, you still have a chance. You seem to show an upward trend, and I agree with andreadds before me, def explain your past dismissal in your personal statement, as well as why dentistry.
