There's often talk about the west coast hospital scene. What have some of you hiring managers/new hires/grads been seeing on the other side of the states? This is both curiosity and personal research. I've been under the impression lately the salaries are low, maybe down into the 90s, but wasn't sure whether to take that as the new normal or just one of many anecdotes. Residency, non-residency, whatever. Enlighten me.
