To all the new dental grads and specialists ( especially)
when you were looking for an associate position how did you go about it? I mean where did you look for job openings? And then what? did you send them your cv and wait to hear from them? Or did you email them/called them again etc?
Also did you send your CV only to the job postings or did you send it to all of the professionals in the area ?
Please somebody guide me - I must be doing something totally wrong in this process - I think I am the only new grad that doesn't have a job right now!
