In practice to what degree does literature impact how & what modalities you perform on your patient?
ie. does something not being well supported in literature cause you to not want to use it as there is a lack of evidence supporting its efficacy? Or your colleague gets patient results from xyz not very well supported treatment method and has no literature to back it up?
