How far you think the average salary will reach?

2006- $57,000

And currently, I believe it is around 70~72k.

Even considering the fact that the field implemented clinical doctorate degree in 2007 as a requirement for entrance, this increase I believe is pretty amazing. It seems that the average salary for optometrists has topped at around ~115k for the past 10 years. How far do you think the average salary for Aud. will go?

Even considering inflation, the increase is pretty good compared to most other professions.
