I go to a large, Floridian public university that is not too well known around the country, but I went to this school because of a really sweet scholarship and because it is located in a very ideal area with really nice weather. I guess those aren't really great reasons for picking this school, and now I'm a little worried about the reputation of the school I attend. Most of the students at my undergrad matriculated to schools either in Florida or in the Caribbean. I do not really want to go to medical school in either locations. My goal is to go to medical school in New York City.

Should I transfer to another public school that is a little more reputable (Rutgers)? Or should I stay at unknown, yet large public university(which is in Florida)?

Thank you for your feedback!

By the internet powers vested in me, I hereby retract your really sweet scholarship.
