I'm coming from a mid-tier midwest anesthesia program with in-house pain department, will be applying in a few months for Pain. I don't feel certain that my home program would keep me just because the spots are limited, although I'd be happy to stay. I'm wondering how many applications/interviews I should plan for (especially financially). Any thoughts? Thanks!
