I was wondering how many letters I need to submit on Sept 15th? I will have 2 faculty letters and the Chairs letter by then, and will get another letter before the end of sept. Can I submit one letter late, and will the letter still be read? My attending for sept said he could expedite the letter, if needed, but it will be really hard to submit early enough for the letter to be uploaded by the 15th.

The number you submit should be equal to or less than the number of letters you have in hand. And it should be equal to or less than the total number requested by the program you are applying to.
