How many LOR?

I'm applying to IM. For many programs their websites do not specify the number of LOR that they want- what should I do for those schools?

As many as you have.

The most you can assign per program on ERAS is 4. You should have at least 3 (most programs that have a requirement require that many). So its a pretty narrow window.

3-4, but check each program's website for specifics (if they have any) as some request chair/PR letters, etc
