It depends. If you have to pay airfare and hotel in can be quit expensive. Med stay saves you on the hotel and possibly food. Most II serve a breakfast snack and a great lunch. All that said, airfare at an average of 400, hotel at 125, food and taxi.... I budget around 700 per trip for OOS and hope it costs less. In state is much cheaper. Airfare can also be cheaper if you have enough notice you can get a good round trip flight, but not always.
