how to apply for internal medicine residency programs in Australia if you are ECFMG certified ?

i am working currently as an ICU resident and i want to apply for internal medicine residency programs in Australia , i am ECFMG certified , i didnt sit for USMLE step 3 yet .

any suggestions how to work it out ?

USMLEs don't really matter for Australia. Except maybe as like interesting item number 27 on your CV.
