How to Change Employer Info on NPI?

Just asking this on behalf of a friend. It turns out he screwed up and used his home mailing address years ago for an employer that he is no longer employed with. The NPI page, however, doesn't allow you to change or delete employer info. Does anyone here know how to do that?

From an email I have: "You may view or change this provider's NPPES information by logging onto the NPPES website at https://nppes.cms.hhs.gov."

He can change his personal info through the website, like his home address. However, the business address of this old employer is his home address, and he can't seem to change that.

It's all possible through this site. Maybe something went wrong and he should try again.
