Hello Forum,
Khan academy has tons of MCAT 2015 videos. How to effectively use them? Is it necessary going through every video even though you have content review all done from review books? Thanks.

Yes you must watch them all even if you read all the books if not you will most certainly fail.

...or just watch ones if you need to for things you need practice with

Just use them for what you find you are weak on (figure out what you're weak on by doing a diagnostic, taking some exams, or reading some prep books). The visuals in Khan Academy videos do a good job of explaining the material that simple words in a book sometimes are unable to do, but going through every single video would be an absurd, unnecessary time sink.

Studying for the MCAT is all about learning the material from multiple perspectives. The best way to do this is to do a lot of problems in a particular subject. That will really test whether or not you know the material. Looking at multiple resources on a topic can also help clarify the big points you need to know. The MCAT is all about general principles/ big points for every topic. For instance, the number one thing you need to know about momentum is that momentum is always conserved. This topic will be addressed in every resource but maybe not the same way. When you see a momentum problem on the MCAT, you just have to remember, "momentum is always conserved" and that should get you the right answer (there are other aspects of momentum you need to know that I didn't address, this was just an example).
