For some reason THIS YEAR, every time I've called AAMC with a question, the AAMC person who answered the phone gave out wrong information that clearly (and unquestionably) was inconsistent with AAMC's official written information online. A good deal of this inaccurate information was given out while the AAMC person rambled about rules that were somewhat related to what I asked about. That seems to be a common thing to do over there when they customer service rep doesn't know the answer to your question.

Every time I asked for a supervisor this year, I was told that the supervisor was in a meeting and therefore unavailable. The ONLY ways I've been able to get ACCURATE information has been by writing to AAMC's email address or by searching their website.

Has anyone had better luck with AAMC? Or tips about getting in touch withg a supervisor or competent person?
