How to use my elective

Hi, I am trying to figure out my schedule for 4th year. I am interested in Ortho but am going to apply to surgery programs( AOA and ACGME) so I am not forced to do a TRI. My issue is next year I only have 2 electives until December. Should I use both of my electives for Ortho or should I do one of each. Below are my stats:

Top 35% of my class
USMLE 241
Comlex: 585

I would rotate at a AOA ortho place for both months, simply because DO residencies seem to place way more emphasis on audition rotations than the MD world. Ultimately it's up to you. You should be able to match gen surg (DO or MD) without a problem with scores like that. Check out the ACGME match report for more info.
