I am looking for 2 year PhD in UK or Ireland

I have recently completed 98 hours toward a doctoral (Marriage and Family counseling) program. I want to now find a 2 year PhD program in the UK or Ireland with an emphasis on PTSD, trauma or addictions. My primary goal is to complete a dissertation designing a new perspective of recovery from religious or spiritual abuse. Might someone be able to direct me to a school or better yet a professor that might have interest in my work?
