Finish the history major. If you want to pursue medicine (or something else) it's sufficient just to finish the required classes, you can major in whatever you like without prejudice.
 
Why would you spend so many more years to do a science major if you're going to medical school? I really don't understand.

Do the history major. It'll give you literature reading and critical thinking skills that science majors don't have, and by the end of med school, you'll know just as much medically-relevant science as the science majors.

I'm not trying to be argumentative, and there's no need to actually answer this, but you need to think about the following question:

If you don't enjoy/do well in your science courses, what makes you think medical school is for you?
