I want to do D.Pharm, do i need to give a PCAT, eventhough I have Ph.D in Chemistry?

D.Pharm or PharmD? In other countries a D.Pharm is a Diploma in Pharmacy. It's an undergraduate degree. I think...

yes for most countries, people can get a bachelor degree in pharmacy and work as pharmacists. If they study higher, they will receive the master and PhD in Pharmacy.
 
Where do you plan to attend? In the US it will be a doctorate in Pharmacy (to practice as a pharmacist). You can look for recruiters at specific universities and email them.
