IMPROVE-IT study ?zetia use

Does the IMPROVE-IT trail, showing that zetia has some effect on non-fatal MI's change your currenty practice? Especially considering it goes against the ENCHANCE trial, along with the latest cholestrol guidelines?

Nope. Doesn't change it at all. I've been treating to LDL-p goal for more than a decade.

Guidelines are just that...guidelines. Choose your guidelines carefully. Don't ignore the forest for the trees.
