Hey All!
I'll be starting my IRTA position at the NIH in mid-June. How should I include this in my AMCAS application? My cGPA is 3.22 and sGPA is 3.08 and I'm confident that I'll make at least a 30 on the MCAT since I have been scoring 33-35 on the practice ones. I feel like I have above average ECs. I also have 2 years research experience with a 2nd author publication and presented my research as a poster at 3 conferences. I'm not sure if I should include my IRTA position, which I haven't started yet, on the primary application. I don't know what project I'll working on yet so I have no clue how I would write about it. Please suggest if I should include IRTA on the primary application and how. Should I just wait to include it on secondaries? I feel like including it on the primary may help me get more secondaries but I have no idea on how to include it. Any suggestions are helpful. Thanks!
