I am going to the route of an informal post-bacc. How do I know exactly which sciences to take. Is it pretty standard with all medical school? How do I know if they will count?

If they're undergrad courses, they will count toward your UG GPA and will be classified as "post-bacc." on your AMCAS application as opposed to being classified "freshman, sophomore," etc. What I did was take some upper division biology classes that I had not taken before. You might also retake some sciences you got a C in if you can't get enough new upper division courses.
