informations about weill cornell in qatar

as-salamu 'alaikum, brothers and sisters,

let me first introduce myself, my name is volkan, 21 year old and i'm from germany. i've heard about the weill cornell medical college in qatar and was amazed..

now to my questions:

1) I've heard that the college costs like $40.000/year - if you get in the financial aid programm then the goverment will take this cost BUT if you are not able to pay everything back then u have to work there for couple years
is this information right??

2) What are the requirements for a german student? b/c we dont have any special tests like in the USA for example: MCAT, SAT etc...

3) How is the life there?

As far as I know, you do not have to work in Qatar as a way to pay off your debt unless you are a Qatari citizen.

Secondly,Cornell Qatar is an American Medical College that has certain requirements that need to be fulfilled before you can apply there. They ABSOLUTELY require you to take the MCAT and all the Pre-requisites such as 2 semesters each of calculus, biology, physics, organic chemistry, and english. They also require applicants to possess a Bachelors Degree at the time of enrollment, if accepted.

Lastly, I really don't know how the life is there because I haven't been there myself. However, i can tell you for sure that Doha is one of the richest cities in the world.

I'm a 4th-year pharmacy student. I'm studying in Alexandria.
I'm very interested in medical from a very very long time..... you can say that I adore medicine, saving people life and curing them. It's my hope, my dream and my wish to enter Weill Cornell College . I tried many times to apply to Weill Cornell in Qatar but my parents always refused, because of their fees.

Now, I'm planning to apply for MD program next year, after my graduation from the pharmacy and drug manufacturing college. I'd like to know from you what are the requirements? what are the minimum scores for MCAT and IELTS tests? Do they require SAT or ACT test? the minimum value required for GPA? are there any other requirements needed? what can I do to make my application special and attractive?
