Does anyone require a rheum note saying its ok?

not needed for methotrexate. interestingly enough, when methotrexate is held for surgical procedures, complication rate increases.

Steroids and patients adrenal function... Your right, that's a stretch, you don't need a note, you need to review the necessary lab work.
