I know on the AMCAS primary it specifies institutional action as coming from any college or medical school, but on some secondaries they ask about institutional action without specifying that. Does this include anything that might've happened in high school? I had an issue in which I was given a verbal warning (no detention, suspension, etc.). I've only realized it now and I've already submitted most of my secondaries. Panicking slightly here. I'm hoping there won't be issues that arise from this.

Relax. Absolutely no need to panic. Medical schools are not going to dig into your high school record, find a warning and make that an issue.

If they did, I'd give up now haha. No, they don't.
