internado en Estados Unidos ?

hola amigos quisiera saber cuales son los requisitos y tramites que se debe hacer para hacer el internado rotativo en los estados unidos? en que año uno puede aplicar para esto? y que me recomiendan hacer o estudiar?

Estoy en primer año y mi universidad si califica en el FAIMER.
mis practicas del TOFEL están en los 900 puntos .
