Internal Med Shelf in two weeks... 60-69% on self assessments...

Have been studying for the internal med shelf nonstop for weeks.

I did UWorld till my eyes bled. I did Step Up. Genuinely thought I was strong in the material.

Then I took NBME 3 today for internal med... 69%. This is my highest score so far, the first two were in low 60s

I want to do well on the real shelf next week. Before today I honestly thought I could get honors, but not sure anymore. Are these scores predictive of poor performance? Just feeling tired and discouraged right about now...
