Hello, I am a 23 year old medical student in Mexico studying at the Universidad Popular Autónoma del Estado de Puebla (UPAEP). I have dual citizenship, Mexican and United States, and I am wondering when and how to begin applying for graduate school programs in the United States. I am in my first year, and plan to graduate in approximately three more years. What programs or steps are there for a student in my position?
