International Dental School Application Process (Philippines especially)

Hello everyone!

Long story short:

I am graduating from a Dental School in the Philippines in April.
I am an American Citizen.
I am going straight back to California RIGHT after graduation (or however long it will take me to get my application started), and I will take NBDE ASAP.

That's the plan.

I am looking into the application process. I would appreciate it very much if anyone can give me tips, or parts of procedures, or problems they faced, or any helpful links into the application process.

I was looking up some of the application process in this forum, but found not many of them useful. I will use this forum to educate myself and others. so PLEASE help with anything you know!

Questions

ECE evaluation
1. Do we send one for EACH school we apply to?

Recommendation letter
2. Do we send these DIRECTLY to each school?
3. Are they supposed to be sealed? Sent from the recommending person?

3rd letter of Recommendation with a choice.
4. Who did you get your recommendation from? Who are you planning to ask?

5. What is letter of evaluation? is that the recommendation?
