At the end of the interview when they ask - do you have any questions?
Is it unprofessional to pull out a list of the questions I typed out.?

I don't know if it's unprofessional, but I wouldn't recommend it as a strategy. It disrupts the flow of conversation while you get out your list and go through it to find something not already discussed. I'm not saying, don't have questions in mind--and they can even be in list form if that helps you focus. But it's far better to be familiar enough with the things that are important to you as you visit programs that you can just respond with a question or two and see where the conversation goes from there. If at the end of the day you find that you didn't get to all the questions on your list, you'll have a reason to follow up with the program via email.
