Interview tips and dinner

Hi everyone;
I did not have any interview (fellowship) experience before and I would like to ask some questions about interviews

i) what is the purpose of pre-interview informal dinner? what will they expect from me, How should I dress for this dinner?

ii) I am going to have individual interview with each faculty member it means almost 6-7 interview in a day,what are the typical interview questions,

I feel a bit stressful and need your friendly advices.
