Iowa help!

After submission of my final application online, Adobe Acrobat would not load, requiring me to close out of the webpage and restart my computer. Now I cannot get back to the page where I must access the Supplemental application fee voucher. Did anyone by chance save a copy of the voucher or could help me out with this please?

p.s. If no help is available, I will go ahead and email the admissions office to reset my account, but when I had to do that two days ago, I had to reenter all information.
