Germany or Sweden. Probably Sweden, they seem to be pretty up to date in terms of research. Consider where you want to live though, Sweden will be very cold and during the winter it will be dark most of the days.

suppose that I learned them ..... which country should I choose ??
 Easier said than done. Sweden is probably the best, but has the most difficult language, while Germany is the second best, but has the second most difficult language. Ireland is the worst, but is comparatively easy as you've already got a handle on English.

If you're looking to do work involving patient contact, don't underestimate the time and effort needed to learn the language sufficiently. If you already know english, go with that.

Gosh, please don't ask this kind of question on the Internet. Research those countries and see which one you prefer PERSONALLY.
