Is being a PT a low stress job?

Ya, take this with a grain of salt. This profession varies so much by specialty, by setting, from day to day, and by person to person. Really depends on your responsibilities and the type of population you work with (to name a couple examples). What's more important is job satisfaction. Also subjective, but always ranked highly too. Many of us go into PT to work regular hours vs MDs, ATCs, etc.
