Is it important to go to a residency associated with a good pain fellowship?

I apologize if this is a repost. However, I was wondering how important it is to go to a anesthesia residency at an institution that has a good pain program. Or is it more important to go to a top notch anesthesia program regardless? Thanks everyone.
