Is taking the PCAT in October too late?

I already took the pcat last week and I was not satisfied with my score (very low). I am going to be taking a Kaplan course till September 18th. I wanted to take pcat in september but my I don't think I would be ready by then and the class would still be in session. Is the first PCAT date in October still okay? I also want to E-Submit my application before I take my second PCAT.

October is not to late and yea you can still e-submit before.
