Is the free Gold Standard FL worth it?

I've been mostly following the SN2ed schedule this summer for my test date of August 7. I'm going to have a few extra days to potentially squeeze in a non-AAMC FL. I've heard that the gold standard exams are pretty calculation heavy, which is good for recent MCAT administrations. Is their free FL up to par with their other tests? Is it worth the time?

If not, which FL would you recommend?

Their free FL seems easier than the others, especially the later ones, i.e. 7-10. Still good practice, minus the verbal. Maybe just do the PS and BS?
