IS THIS AN ACCEPTABLE REDUCTION? (PICS INCLUDED)

Hi Ortho colleagues -

I'm an ER doc in Vegas, and my 8 year old FOOSHed and did this yesterday... She was out of town, and had it reduced under fluoro in the ER. I'm concerned about the reduction. Do you guys think it will need further intervention, or will this heal okay? Thank you for your input...

you should look up the tolerances in angulation and rotation for this age group, handbook of fractures and orthobullets has this.
