Items to sell?

I am a dentist from india and im applying for dental school at NJ.
Kindly let me know if the aerotor, micromotor, typhodont teeth and cons&endo instruments are viable in the states or do i have to buy a whole new set of those?
This is so that i dont have to sell off my instruments and then re-buy at a higher price.
Please help asap.
