Iupac naming !

I thought I got it, but guess Im not really set on it.

Where can I find a list of iupac priorities.

For eg; in a cyclic ring. If we have a OH, Carbonyl group, and a Br... How to know from which of them to start naming.

I know it goes by alphabetically order from there,,, but where to start from is my question..

you want to have the lowest numbers...i.e. 1,2,3 is better than 1,5,6

if there is a tie, then you order them alphabetically
