J1 waiver Jobs

Hello everyone, I am a second year FM resident and I am on a J1 visa and was thinking about starting my job hunt.... I tried searching but didnt find much discussion about j1 jobs in family medicine threads... do you guys have an idea where I should start...
I am looking to practice actually full spectrum family medicine without OB. And I was also wondering about good places(states) to search for good j1 FM jobs.... good generally means for me, a place which accepts foriegn people and has friendly environment...

Is there no one with any suggestions..... Atleast can people suggest where I would get more information about the J1 waiver jobs and how to go about looking for them......
