I would be surprised if that kind of coordination actually worked, there are probably lots of people refreshing the page and you don't know how long it takes a cancellation to show up as an availability.

That said, there has been some churn for January 23rd since the December 6th people received their scores. About two days ago, I saw seats in probably 15 states. Just now, all I saw was Guam. Back in late December, almost the only thing I saw was Guam.
