Khan MCAT streaming issue?

Hello guys,
So, I'm planning to try out all the Khan MCAT free practice passages, but every time I sit down to do them, they have the streaming issue, and most often their passages don't show up on screen. I have tried in all the computers with the fastest of the internet speed, but still they have this issue. I told them about this issue well over a month, but no response. Have you guys experienced this issue? Thanks !
