Hey folks. Taking my COMLEX level 3 tomorrow! Just going over missed questions and random stuff now. Any serious recommendations would be appreciated
I used MTB3 and Savarace (The green book).
Combank: about 70%
Combank assessment: 82 percentile
COMSAE: 505
COMLEX LEVEL 3: TBD

Currently the last minute things I'm working on are:
Developemental milestones: I can never get this straight!
Types of abortion: complete, missed, threatened, etc.
Classes of hemorrhage
Stages of labor
Sympathetic levels
Counterstrain

I think thats enough.

How did the exam go? I'm taking mine on Saturday, I'd love to hear about your experience. I've been using basically the same stuff. MTB3, Savarese, and COMBANK.

It was a typical COMCRAP exam. Had to guess what they were asking a lot of the time.

When they asked about vaccines, it was in random situations just know when to give them and which ones are live. Who not to give them to etc.

OB, PEDS,!!!!???ADMINISTRATIVE and INSURANCE QUESTIONS??? WTH!!! Chronic condition management (DM, HTN, HPL), overdose and withdrawal,
OMM consisted of the basics: FPR, STILLS, CRANIAL, LEVELS, SACRAL, and CS
EKGS, HEART SOUNDS, IMAGING (PRETTY OBVIOUS STUFF THO)

I think they threw in a terrorism question too.
SE of commonly used drugs (HTN, DM, etc.) and not so commonly used drugs ABX, chemo, etc.
Some of it seemed like step 1 and 2 stuff. W/E

As far as the last section (CDM? I forgot what it was called) it was pretty basic. One of the questions I had no idea what to do since it seemed more like a specialist case so I consulted cardiology LOL! Hopefully that didn't mess me up.
Just do the practice ones on the nbme website (nbome?)

There was probably no other way I could've prepare for this exam. If i fail, I'll just get uworld and retake it after doing all the questions. I'm just so done with question banks.

I feel like MTB2 AND 3 are crap books that don't hold nearly as much info as you need for the test. Or they just know that you'll pass with the bare necessities those simple bare necessities.

I get my results on September 12th. I think that's for all exams up until August 27th
