Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews - Biochemistry

I just met with my professor for a med school recommendation and when I told him I was starting to study for the MCAT he gave me Lippincott's Illustrated Reviews - Biochemistry, 5th edition.

Any use for this book is MCAT studying? Can it replace any of the materials in the plan posted on this site? Or no?

That's a great book for your med school biochem course...I can't imagine how it would be useful for the MCAT. No one even uses it as review for Step 1.
