List of programs with advanced positions that are DO friendly

Hi, I am a DO with decent USMLE scores (225/250) and I am doing a prelim year in surgery, and will be looking for an anesthesia residency next year, just wondering which ones have advanced positions rather than categorical. Also, ones that take DO's. Thanks in advance!

Specifically, is OSU DO friendly, and how about Cali/az programs??
