List of Public Schools that take a proportionate amount of out-of-state applicants.

Hello,

I am a Cali res and I'm putting together my list of schools to apply to. Does there exist a list of public schools that actually take a proportionate amount of out-of-state applicants?

I realize the private schools do, but I think some of the public schools do as well.

Michigan is 50% out of state. Not sure if a list exists but it shouldn't take to long to figure it out with the msar.

It hasn't been updated in two years, but there's an effort to gather support for updating it here: http://forums.studentdoctor.net/threads/creating-a-better-sdn-spreadsheet.1053162/ It's still a good starting point. What it doesn't tell you are exceptions, like schools taking mainly regional OOSers, but there aren't a lot of those.
