Like-new, sterilized, with 3 sets of soft eartips in various sizes, one set of hard eartips, large diaphragm, small diaphragm, non-chill rim for the bell, and pristine box. Also comes with the black rubber name plate attachment, although you'l have to find your own sticker that fits or pay Littmann a few bucks to have one with your name printed on it and replace.
