Does anyone know if you can start the PSLF program while on postdoc at a VA? Does it qualify as "full-time employment" even though the VA considers you a temporary employee? Thanks!

I believe you should qualify if you want to go into repayment, yes. You can always also call the PSLF folks directly, just to double check.
